I. Why You Might ComeEnough distance to hear yourself properly again.
It is possible to build a life that works from the outside while becoming disconnected from it on the inside. Responsibility, work, money, relationships and other people's expectations can fill nearly every available space. You can remain capable and functional while no longer being sure what you actually think, want or believe.
Agrounded changes the conditions for a few days. Distance from the usual noise creates room to examine your situation more clearly. I will listen, question, challenge and offer a view when it is useful. Together, we look directly at what is true, what is yours to act on and what is outside your control.
The house belongs to a part of Piemonte shaped by difficult land, practical work, repair, food and fire. Agrounded takes something from its discipline: use what is there, do something useful, feed people properly, speak directly and waste less.
The aim is not escape for its own sake. It is to create enough distance, quiet and physical reality to look at what is true, consider what is yours to carry and decide what the next right thing may be.
“Face what is. Carry what is yours. Put down what is not. Do the next right thing.”
